Such great overall experience. Clean hotel in a nice building close to restaurants, Nanuet and many shops. Queen room with a sofa bed. Great food selection. Comfy location to where i need to be in the area, heated pool: D

We enjoyed skiing and golfing nearby during our trip. And the hotel had 40-inch LCD televisions for entertainment.
Unfortunately, we did have some issues with the air conditioning in one of our rooms. It wasn't cooling well , a bit uncomfortable.

Room was clean, spacious and linens were fresh.
Room had a loud thermostat. Neighbors upstairs partied all night. The front desk heard our complaint and said that happens. We've been told we have thin walls, would you like a complimentary water bottle lol !

The beds are very comfortable... The breakfast is very good!
Booked.net offered us the room for 5adults. It has only two queensize beds... The hotel gave us a rolling bed upon request. The room is a bit tiny for 5adults

That they wash everything as far as bedding goes.
Thermostat made a loud knock every time it turned on and off. Free breakfast should go later.

Very surprised at the HUGE room and comfortable beds. The bathroom was beautiful, wish mine at home had a vanity like that. Breakfast was delicious. So many choices and healthy, nutritious ones at that. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The towels were so stiff, and the sheets and towels all had a gray tint to them. Not dirty, just that gray fade that whites start to get after being washed so many times.

The breakfast is abundant and great with someone's tastes and also cookies available in the lobby, had everything you could imagine. The service is excellent, includes good parking.
